our fresh talent division is for those that are just beginning their career as a stylist. fresh talent candidates are new graduates of cosmetology school that posses either a temporary or current cosmetology license. the arcadia education curriculum is a core part of your employment that helps lay the foundation to ensure success. the program will last approximately 12 – 16 weeks depending on the individual. you receive continued education in our one-of-a-kind curriculum and learn from our lead stylists whom are constantly coaching and providing support. the curriculum also includes business focused classes and a succession plan for each stylist.
our lead stylists are an advanced group of exceptional artists, all with several years of experience, that also help guide and coach our fresh talent division. education is critical in our ever changing industry so classes are hosted and held quarterly. lead stylists participate in all education. expect one class per quarter and other unique learning experiences that might happen organically. we respect your lifestyle and give you plenty of notice to plan.
